The work.

Oasis Gate builds AI applications that people can use in daily work: assistants grounded in enterprise information, agents that follow defined steps, and knowledge tools connected to the systems the organisation already uses. This collaboration is for practitioners who can turn a use case into a working application with clear ownership, human review and measurable outcomes.

What you would contribute.

• Shape AI assistants and agents around a defined workflow, baseline and acceptance criteria.
• Ground generated output in authorised enterprise content, with source references where required.
• Design the points where an authorised person must review, approve or correct the result.
• Evaluate model and prompt behaviour before a change reaches production use.
• Work with integration, infrastructure and operations so the application can be hosted and supported as a business service.

What we look for.

• Experience delivering AI applications that sit in a real operational or knowledge workflow.
• Comfort with retrieval, tool use, evaluation and the limits of generated output.
• Practical judgement about when a task needs an agent, a search experience or standard automation.
• Clear written communication so business and technical reviewers can follow the design.
