Connect AI applications to the systems, identity and approval steps the organisation already uses, so results can be reviewed and posted with an audit trail.

The work.

An AI application is useful when it can read from and write to the systems people already work in. Oasis Gate connects assistants and agents to business applications, documents and approval queues. This collaboration is for integration engineers who can make those connections reliable, permission-aware and reviewable.

What you would contribute.

  • Connect AI workflows to enterprise applications, documents and approved channels.
  • Design identity, authorisation and audit so only the right people can approve a result.
  • Route uncertain or mismatched fields into an exception queue with source references.
  • Keep integrations stable as models, prompts and downstream systems change.
  • Work with application and data colleagues so the workflow matches how the organisation actually operates.

What we look for.

  • Experience integrating production applications through APIs, events or established enterprise interfaces.
  • Familiarity with identity, permissions and exception handling in business workflows.
  • Care for what is written back to a system of record, and who must approve it.
  • Ability to describe integration boundaries clearly to both technical and operational reviewers.
